It has become routine that I make some sort of breakfast bread every Sunday that I can continue to eat throughout the week. For one, because I am more of a baker than a cook. And secondly, because it has encouraged me to eat breakfast (the most important meal of the day, of course). Smitten Kitchen has become one of my favorite sources of inspiration when I am baking + this recipe for braided lemon bread is one that I cannot wait to make.
