Chad Robertson and Elisabeth Prueitt, the dynamic duo behind the infamous
Tartine Bakery & Cafe (located in the heart of the Mission District in San Francisco), were recently featured by
The Selby in
a new column for the New York Times' T Magazine. Needless to say they captured some pretty awesome behind the scenes shots as Tartine as well as a peek inside the couples home. However, it was Elisabeth's recipe for the jam that really got me excited. It is most definitely being added to the must cook list.
